  Digital Strategy Leadership - BIM Manager: Motivated and led the team through change; the company had disparate teams across global regions which had no direct connection to the UK regional Headquarters in terms of Governance and Audit. I led new ways of working with hands-on training to join the specialist multi-disciplinary teams under a REVIT based BIM workflow. Through capability assessments we achieved BIM level 2 maturity compliance within a short timeframe. This encompassed new MEPH, Structures and Architecture workflows within a open team environment. This formed the backbone of competitive bids for new work, protected our service frameworks with LUL, TfL, UCLH, MOJ and local government, executed lean service delivery with a clear market differential. Projects delivered across sectors and disciplines as federated REVIT models exchanged within a CDE common data environment. Organisational and Asset reviews researched for clients at silo level within organisations and needs analysis undertaken to create and deliver successful employer requirements at each design stage; OIR-AIR-EIR. Visual benchmarking solutions introduced as corporate compliance to match client decision gates across the service teams - unifying the design stage deliverables to ensure client focused delivery and achieve an overall economy of action.   Disruptive Technology - Reality Capture - 3d scanning to collaborative workflow: Led the way forward; where the newest twin tunnel project met the oldest underground line at Farringdon Station for Crossrail we needed a solution to enable the teams to accelerate design strategy and implementation on a closed and inaccessible site. I championed 3d scanning with combined Hi-res photography within an online collaborative software
